Hello
I’m Patrick, an experienced fitness coach helping everyday people build strength, lose fat, and feel confident in their bodies without extreme diets or unsustainable training plans.
With years of hands-on coaching experience, I specialise in simple, effective training and realistic nutrition strategies that fit around real life. My approach is built on consistency, education, and long-term results not quick fixes.
Online coaching allows me to work with people anywhere in the world, giving them structure, accountability, and a clear plan to follow so they can finally make progress and keep it.
My Story
Sport was always part of my life growing up. At school I competed in athletics, cross country, football - pretty much anything I could get involved in. I was always capable and competitive, but I was never the standout in one single sport which often led to me believe i was never good enough. Looking back, that probably shaped me more than I realised. I learned to work hard, but I also learned what it felt like to be good - not exceptional.
In my late teens and early twenties, weight training became a big part of my identity. I got strong. I built a solid physique. On the outside, everything looked disciplined and structured. But underneath that, I was never fully comfortable in my own skin. Even when I was in good shape, I didn’t feel good enough.
As life moved on, structure slipped. Training became less consistent. Nights out became more frequent. Eventually, alcohol and drugs stopped being something social and started becoming something central. They became the escape from pressure, from insecurity, from not feeling satisfied with myself. That cycle led to depression, self-loathing, and feeling stuck. Short-term relief followed by long-term frustration. Over and over again.
In 2022, I made a decision to change my environment completely and moved to Thailand. The goal was simple, get sober and rebuild. Health and fitness became more than just something I did, it became the foundation I rebuilt my life on.

During that period, I retrained and formalised what had always been a passion. I qualified as a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach (CIMSPA), completed nutrition certifications, earned my ACE Personal Trainer certification, and became a certified HYROX coach. But more importantly than the qualifications, I rebuilt discipline, consistency, and self-respect.
In 2023, I began working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Bootcamp Instructor at Gym Bangarang in Chiang Mai. That was the real turning point. Coaching people from all over the world, different backgrounds, different goals, different struggles showed me how powerful structured training can be. Not just physically, but mentally.
I’ve since competed in HYROX races across Asia, half marathons, and even stepped into Muay Thai competition. I continue to set goals for myself because growth doesn’t stop. But the biggest fulfilment now comes from helping others realise they’re capable of more than they think.
I’m not a coach who has lived a perfect, linear life. I’m not “naturally disciplined.” I’m someone who understands what it feels like to fall off track and what it takes to build yourself back up.
If I can help someone build structure, confidence, and resilience through training whether they’re starting from scratch or chasing performance goals then I’m doing what I’m meant to do.
