Train in Paradise

A high-intensity hybrid fitness bootcamp combining strength, conditioning, recovery, and lifestyle - hosted at our private fitness resort.

Tucked away in Mae Rim, just outside the vibrant city of Chiang Mai, our bootcamps are hosted in one of the most inspiring training environments in Northern Thailand. Surrounded by rolling rice fields, dramatic mountain backdrops, and open skies, this is a place where training, recovery, and lifestyle come together naturally.

The area is rich in authentic Thai culture and natural beauty. Within minutes you’ll find waterfalls, temples, jungle trails, and some of the best coffee spots in the region - all set against a backdrop that encourages you to slow down, switch off, and fully focus on your training. Whether it’s a quiet sunset walk through the fields or an early morning jog as the sun rises over the mountains, the environment becomes part of the experience.

Training takes place at Gym Bangarang, a fully equipped facility set within the resort grounds, designed for serious fitness, functional training, and conditioning. Sessions are structured, coached, and purposeful balanced with time to recover, explore, and reset both physically and mentally.

On-site, you’ll have everything you need to support performance and recovery: comfortable accommodation, quality coffee, nourishing meals, a swimming pool, ice baths, and bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Between sessions, clients often spend time relaxing poolside, heading out to nearby cafés, or exploring the local countryside and temples.

This isn’t just a bootcamp it’s a training-focused retreat. A chance to step away from routine, immerse yourself in a powerful environment, and train with intent, surrounded by nature, culture, and like-minded people.

Bootcamps available 1:1 for complete focus and personal coaching, or in small groups of 2-4 if you’re coming with friends. Train hard. Train smart. Train together.

Training

Training consists of two 90-minute sessions per day, morning and afternoon, with plenty of time in between to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Each day is structured to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness in a balanced, progressive way.

Recovery Sunset Walks

After a hard days training, recover with a walk through the rice fields as the sun sets behind the mountains. The perfect time to reflect, reset, and prepare for the next day.
